Teriyaki Tofoo Dragon Roll Wrap

Ingredients

For the Tofoo Tempura
  1. 1 pack Teriyaki Tofoo
  2. 100g cornflour
  3. 50g plain flour
  4. 120ml cold sparkling water
  5. Vegetable oil for deep frying
For the wrap filling
  1. 2 large tortilla wraps
  2. 3 tbsp vegan mayonnaise
  3. 1 tbsp sriracha or chilli sauce
  4. 1 avocado
  5. 1 roasted red pepper
  6. 1 sheet nori

Get started

  1. Take a large, deep pan and fill 1/3 with the oil and heat.
  2. Mix the flours and sparkling water together with a pinch of salt.
  3. Cut the Tofoo into fingers then dip into the batter and carefully place into the hot oil
  4. Deep fry on all sides until the batter is light and crispy then place on a piece of kitchen paper to drain.
  5. Mix together the mayonnaise and sriracha to make your chilli mayo.
  6. Slice the avocado and cucumber into strips and shred the nori.
  7. Warm the wraps then add your Tempura Tofoo, avocado, cucumber.
  8. Drizzle with the chilli mayo, wrap and enjoy.
