Purchase Policy

At Tofoo, we make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Tofoo website. However, we do not guarantee that the colours, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colours and details of the products.

All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.

Payment

When purchasing from the Tofoo website we accept the following payment methods: UK debit or credit cards. On placing your order you agree to pay all charges and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts.

When you place an order, you should receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. We then carry out a standard pre-authorisation check to make sure there’s enough money on your card to pay for or towards the order.

We only accept your order once payment has been approved and have debited the payment card (and then the contract is made based on these terms).

You may be able to cancel (not change) your order within a short period of ordering – timings depend on your chosen delivery method. You can’t change your order – you’ll need to cancel (and/or return original item(s)), and re-order.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Don’t worry, if there’s an issue with an order, we’ll get in touch with you.

All products remain Tofoo property until full payment of the purchase price is received by us. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Tofoo website. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address.

Delivery

Orders from the Tofoo website are sent using Royal Mail Standard Delivery and we will aim to have your order with you within 4-5 working days. Delivery is only available within the UK and Ireland.

Delivery is Monday to Saturday.

We ask that you’re as precise as possible when entering delivery details as we cannot be responsible for any charges incurred as a result of a parcel being undeliverable for any reason.

Returns Policy

Although we hope you love your Tofoo goodies, there may be times when you need to return items to us. As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns, subject to the rules below. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order, to return anything to us for an exchange or refund (*exclusions apply).

Please note*:

  • We have the right to refuse a refund if the item in an unsatisfactory condition. Returns need to be made unwashed, unworn and with their original tags.
  • Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
  • Returns postage is not covered by Tofoo.

If you return an item requesting a refund within 30 days of the item being delivered to you or available for collection, we’ll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method.

We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

We don’t accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to you and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
