Cubed Teriyaki Tofoo Stir Fry

  1. 1 pack Cubed Teriyaki Tofoo
  2. 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  3. 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
  4. 1 green chilli (chopped)
  5. 1 carrot (peeled and sliced)
  6. 100g Tenderstem broccoli
  7. 1 red pepper (sliced)
  8. 150g egg/rice noodles
  9. 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  10. 1 tsp sesame oil
  11. 80g cashew nuts
Do this stuff
  1. Cook the noodles according to the packet instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat a pan and add the oil. Add the garlic and chilli, cooking until lightly golden.
  3. Add the Tofoo to the pan, stir and cook until golden.
  4. Add the carrot and stir fry for a few minutes. Add the broccoli and red pepper, and cook for another few minutes.
  5. Add the sweet soy sauce and the noodles, and stir fry everything together. Cook until the noodles are warmed through, adding a splash of water to create a sauce.
  6. Add the sesame oil and cashew nuts, stir well and serve.
