Teriyaki Tofoo Stir Fry

Ingredients

  1. 1 pack Teriyaki Tofoo
  2. 25g pickled ginger
  3. 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  4. 4 spring onions
  5. 100g baby spinach
  6. 1 tsp soy sauce
  7. 1 tbsp mirin
  8. Oil for frying
To Serve
  1. Sushi rice or basmati rice

Get started

  1. Heat a wok or frying pan and add a splash of oil.
  2. Slice the spring onions and cut the Tofoo into cubes then add to the pan.
  3. Add the soy sauce and mirin then stir fry until the Tofoo is slightly caramelised.
  4. Finely chop the ginger then add to the pan with the sesame seeds.
  5. Add the spinach and give everything a good mix until the spinach has wilted.
  6. Serve with sushi rice.
