Ingredients
- 1 pack Teriyaki Tofoo
- 25g pickled ginger
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 4 spring onions
- 100g baby spinach
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- Oil for frying
To Serve
- Sushi rice or basmati rice
Get started
- Heat a wok or frying pan and add a splash of oil.
- Slice the spring onions and cut the Tofoo into cubes then add to the pan.
- Add the soy sauce and mirin then stir fry until the Tofoo is slightly caramelised.
- Finely chop the ginger then add to the pan with the sesame seeds.
- Add the spinach and give everything a good mix until the spinach has wilted.
- Serve with sushi rice.
