1. Cut your Tofoo into four across the shortest edge, now cut those three into triangles dry and dust in the seasoned flour.
2. In a food processor or in a large pestle and mortar blend the blue cheese dip ingredients and season to taste and fill into two ramekins.
3. Fill a tall saucepan 1/3 full of oil and heat to 170 degrees, turn the heat to low and carefully lower the Tofoo into the oil with a slotted serving spoon, deep fry until golden. Remove from the oil and put onto several sheets of kitchen roll to absorb some oil.
4. Take a mixing bowl and add the fried Tofoo wings and the Franks hot sauce and plate up onto two plates with the celery sticks and blue cheese dip.
