Fry: Medium heat, 10 mins
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and fry, turning frequently. If using sauce, add for the last minute of cooking.
Bake: 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas Mark 6, 20 mins.
Pre-heat oven. Toss in a little oil and cover in sauce if desired. Bake on a tray.

All our Tofoo is made with 100% organic, sustainable soya beans. However, the ingredients withing Flying Goose Sriracha sauce are not organically sourced. So, for our Sriracha Tofoo we cannot gain organic certification.

Every kind of bean would yield a different result. So, for us using soy beans in our tofu is very important as it is what allows us to make the amazing (#notbias) tofu that we do.
