Ingredients
- 225g Smoked Tofoo
- Courgette
- Avocado
- 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika Powder
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- BBQ sauce
- Bread of choice
- Hummus of choice
Get started
- Slice the Tofoo, courgette and avocado to the same size and thickness.
- Add the Tofoo slices and courgette to a bowl and marinade in the soy sauce, garlic powder and paprika powder for 15 mins.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the courgette and Tofoo in their marinade.
- Toast the bread. Spread a thin layer of hummus onto each slice. Add slices of Tofoo, courgette and avocado in order repeatedly until the toast is covered. Drizzle the BBQ sauce over the toast.
