Ingredients

  1. 100g shredded Tofoo Seitan

1 tbsp Streetfood Chef Persian Seasoning (Essential Cuisine)

    Lightly pickled purple cabbage

    Peperoncini chillies

    Shredded lettuce (“shrettuce”)

    Fermented chilli sauce

    Dill & garlic yogurt

    Flatbread

Get started

  1. Sear the seitan: Dust your shredded seitan generously in the Persian spice blend. Spray with a little oil and grill or pan-fry until you get gorgeous, crispy edges.
  2. Build the base: Warm your flatbread and layer it up with the dill & garlic yogurt, crisp shrettuce, pickled cabbage, peperoncini, and a good kick of fermented hot sauce.
  3. Wrap it: Top with the hot shredded seitan. Fold, wrap, seal, and smash it.
