Preheat the oven to 200°C. Bake the Nuggets in the oven according to the packet instructions.
To make the tzatziki – coarsely grate the cucumber and squeeze out as much of the water as possible. Tip the cucumber into a bowl, with the lemon zest and grated garlic. Mix in the yoghurt and some fresh dill. Season well and set aside.
Prepare your salad filling and warm the flatbreads in a hot pan.
