Tofoo is no ordinary tofu.

Our organic Tofoo is handmade to a traditional Japanese recipe. And to give our Tofoo a better taste and texture, we use a little thing called nigari. It’s an all-natural ingredient created from seawater. We could have used calcium sulphate like almost everyone else. But then what’s the point in only being as good as everyone else? Exactly.

What would you call a mix of traditional falafel with moist tofu? Tofulafal. Falafu. Falafelicious? We couldn't decide so we just went with Falafel.
