Tofu* (56%), (Water, Soya Beans*, Nigari), Maize Flour*, Water, Rapeseed Oil*, Tomato Puree* (3.3%), Onion*, Yellow Pepper*, Ground Paprika*, Sea Salt, Ground Linseed*, Ground Black Pepper*, Ground Cayenne*, Chilli Flakes*, Ground Cumin*, Onion Powder*, Oregano*, Thyme*.

HOW TO DO SIZZLERS

Remove sleeve and carefully cut film to remove Sizzlers.

To Bake: Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C Fan, Gas Mark 4). Place in centre of oven and cook for 20 minutes, turning Sizzlers halfway through cooking.

To Fry: Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan and cook Sizzlers on a medium heat for 15 minutes, turning frequently.

All appliances vary, these are guidelines only, ensure Sizzlers are piping hot before serving.

STORAGE

Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, place in an airtight container and refriegerate, consume within 24hrs. Once cooked, do not reheat. Not suitable for home freezing.
