Ingredients
- 1 pack Teriyaki Tofoo, cut into cubes
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 1 green chilli (chopped)
- 1 carrot (peeled and sliced)
- 100g Tenderstem broccoli
- 1 red pepper (sliced)
- 150g egg/rice noodles
- 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 80g cashew nuts
Get started
- Cook the noodles according to the packet instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat a pan and add the oil. Add the garlic and chilli, cooking until lightly golden.
- Add the Tofoo to the pan, stir and cook until golden.
- Add the carrot and stir fry for a few minutes. Add the broccoli and red pepper, and cook for another few minutes.
- Add the sweet soy sauce and the noodles, and stir fry everything together. Cook until the noodles are warmed through, adding a splash of water to create a sauce.
- Add the sesame oil and cashew nuts, stir well and serve.
