Tofoo Hummus

  1. 280g Naked Tofoo
  2. ½ cup Tahini
  3. 2 cloves Garlic (crushed)
  4. 1 tsp Ground Cumin
  5. ½ tsp Oregano
  6. ¼ cup Olive Oil
  7. 1 tsp Salt
  8. Cracked Black Pepper to taste

  1. Carrot sticks
  2. Bread Sticks
  3. Crackers
  4. Bread/Toast
Do this stuff
  1. Cube the Tofoo.
  2. Blend the Tofoo, tahini, garlic, cumin and oregano in a food processor. If needed, add a splash of water to help create a paste.
  3. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil whilst still blending until a smooth paste forms.
  4. Serve as desired.
