Smoked Tofoo and BBQ Avocado Toast

Ingredients

  1. 225g Smoked Tofoo
  2. Courgette
  3. Avocado
  4. 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
  5. 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  6. 1 tsp Smoked Paprika Powder
  7. 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  8. BBQ sauce
  9. Bread of choice
  10. Hummus of choice

Get started

  1. Slice the Tofoo, courgette and avocado to the same size and thickness.
  2. Add the Tofoo slices and courgette to a bowl and marinade in the soy sauce, garlic powder and paprika powder for 15 mins.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the courgette and Tofoo in their marinade.
  4. Toast the bread. Spread a thin layer of hummus onto each slice. Add slices of Tofoo, courgette and avocado in order repeatedly until the toast is covered. Drizzle the BBQ sauce over the toast.
