1/4 white cabbage (finely chopped into thin strips)

Method pre heat the oven to 180°c.
Grate the Tofoo on the big side of a grater and place into a mixing bowl. Add the vegetable oil, soy, chilli and garlic power and the smoked paprika and toss until the Tofoo is well coated. Add the seasoned Tofoo to a lined baking tray and bake in the centre of the oven for 20-25 mins, tossing halfway through cooking.
Once cooked gently use two forks to pull apart the tofoo
In a small sauce pan add the BBQ sauce and a splash of water and leave to simmer.
Add the apple slaw ingredients to a bowl mix with the mayo and season.
Take the small bread rolls and cut in half and toast under a hot grill, put to one side.
Now take your pulled Tofoo and add it to the pan of BBQ sauce.
Now compile your sliders with the pulled BBQ Tofoo and a spoon full of apple slaw.
