Piri Piri Tofoo Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 pack Naked Tofoo
- 2 pizza bases
- Olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 200ml passata
- 1 tbsp piri piri seasoning
- Handful fresh basil leaves
- 1 red onion
- ½ green pepper
- ½ yellow pepper
- 1 red chilli
- 80g grated vegan cheese
Get started
- Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan.
- To make the pizza sauce, peel and chop the garlic and add to a pan with 1 tbsp of olive oil and the passata. Cook for 3-5 mins until thickened.
- Chop the basil and add to the sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Tear the Tofoo into chunks and toss with the piri piri seasoning.
- Slice the onion, peppers and chilli.
- Spread the pizza bases with the sauce then top with the Tofoo, onion, peppers, chillies and cheese.
- Place the pizzas onto baking trays and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until golden.
