Fried Tofoo Bao

Get this stuff
  1. 1 slice Naked Tofoo
  2. 1 readymade frozen bao
  3. Olive oil
  4. 1ml tamari
  5. A splash of Sriracha
  6. 3 slices cucumber, sliced or juilenned
  7. 1/4 carrot, juilenned
  8. 1 large radish, sliced thinly (quick pickled in 1/2 tsp rice wine vinegar)
  9. 1/4 tsp sesame seeds (black & white)
  10. A few sprigs of coriander
  11. 1 lettuce leaf
  12. A few slices spring onion
  13. Squeeze of lime
  14. Pinch of togarisha
Do this stuff
  1. Steam the bao for 10-12 mins.
  2. Pan fry the Tofoo for a few mins in the oil.
  3. To assemble, place the Tofoo and veg in the bao, sprinkle with sesame seeds, coriander, spring onion and squeeze some lime over. Finish with the Sriracha sauce and a sprinkle of togarisha.
