INGREDIENTS

Water, Soya Beans* (44%), Culture (Inoculum).

For allergens see ingredients in BOLD. May also contain sesame seeds and mustard.

HOW TO DO TEMPEH

Chop, cook, enjoy. Or for an extra flavour boost, marinate for 15 mins before cooking.

To Fry: Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and fry on a hot heat for about 5 mins, turning frequently until golden brown all over.

To Bake: Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C Fan, Gas Mark 4). Toss in a little oil, if not marinated, and bake on tray for 20-25 mins. Ensure Tempeh is cooked until piping hot.

STORAGE

Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, place in water in an airtight container, use within 48hrs. Not suitable for freezing.
