Remove sleeve, film and empty contents of tray.
Fry: Medium heat, 9 mins
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan and cook veggie balls for 9 minutes, turning frequently.
Air Fry: 180°C, 10 mins
Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Coat veggie balls in 1 tbsp of oil and cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through cooking. Cook times may vary in different models. Adjust cooking times accordingly based on manufacturer instruction.
