Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Cook for 7 minutes, shaking halfway through cooking. Cook times based on a 1500W output air fryer. Cook times may vary in different models. Adjust cooking times accordingly based on manufacturer instruction.
Heat 1tsp of oil in a frying pan and cook, turning every 2 minutes.
Bake: Preheat oven to 180°C Fan / 200°C / Gas Mark 6. Spread tempura tofoo over a single layer on a baking tray and cook for 10 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
