Fry: Medium heat, 8 mins
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and fry, turning frequently.
Bake: 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas Mark 6, 14 mins.
Pre-heat oven. Toss in 1 tbsp oil and bake on a tray, turning halfway through.
