Remove sleeve, film and empty contents of tray.

Fry: Medium heat, 5 mins

Heat 1tbsp of oil in a frying pan and cook over a medium heat for 5 minutes, turning frequently.

Air Fry: 180°C, 4 mins

Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Cook for 4 minutes, shaking halfway through cooking. Cook times based on a 1500W output air fryer. Cook times may vary in different models. Adjust cooking times accordingly based on manufacturer instruction.
