Cause a huge stir at mealtimes with our ridiculously tasty Stir Fry block.

Packed with protein and soy sauce, garlic, ginger flavours.

Chop it up and chuck it in the frying pan (or a wok if you’re feeling really fancy) with all your favourite stir fry veg.

Ingredients

Seasoned Tofu (90%) (Tofu (Water, Soya
Beans, Nigari), Onion Powder, Yeast Flakes,
Maltodextrin, Ground Ginger, Garlic Powder,
Salt, Yeast Extract, Sugar, Potato Starch,
Vegetable Stock Powder (Salt, Flavouring,
Maltodextrin, Onion, Tomato, Sugar, Carrot
Extract, Yeast Extract, Rapeseed Oil, Herbs,
Spices, Garlic), Mushroom Powder, Flavouring,
Ground White Pepper, Rapeseed Oil, Onion
Extract, Ground Turmeric, Dried Bay Leaves,
Dried Rubbed Parsley Leaf). Mushroom Stir
Fry Sauce (10%) (Water, Sugar, Soy Sauce
(Water, Soya beans, Salt, Corn Starch), Salt,
Modified Corn Starch, Yeast Extract (Yeast
Extract, Salt, Water), Colour (Plain Caramel),
Dried Shiitake Mushroom (0.3%).

Drain sauce & reserve if required. No need to press – we’re special like that. Chop, cook, enjoy. Or be a rebel and eat it cold – yes – rebels eat their Tofoo cold.

Fry: Medium heat, 10 mins

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and fry, turning frequently. If using sauce, add for the last minute of cooking.

Bake: 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas Mark 6, 20 mins.

Pre-heat oven. Toss in a little oil and cover in sauce if desired. Bake on a tray.
