LIGHTLY spiced with onion, garlic, paprika, pepper and parsley.

They’re HIGH IN PROTEIN and LOW IN FAFFING ABOUT. 8 mins in the pan and they’re ready to be SERVED OVER RICE, star in a salad or RAMMED IN A TACO with some crunchy, creamy slaw.

Remove sleeve, film and empty contents of tray.

Fry: Medium heat, 8 mins

Heat 1tsp of oil in a frying pan and cook on a medium heat for 8 mins, turning frequently.

Air Fry: 200°C, 3 mins

Pre-heat air fryer to 200°C. Cook for 3 minutes. Shake halfway through cooking.  Cook times may vary in different models. Adjust cooking times accordingly based on manufacturer instruction.

Bake: 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas Mark 6, 8 mins.

Pre-heat oven. Line a tray with greaseproof paper and spread tofu over a single layer, bake for 8 minutes turning halfway through cooking.
