But we’re not actually talking about you.
We’re talking about Tofoo Ham Seitan – our not-so-traditional blend of seitan and tofu.

Tofu (55%) (Water, Soya Beans, Nigari)
Seitan Blend (22%) (Wheat Gluten, Salt, Natural Colour (Radish, Carrot Concentrate), Mushroom Powder, Smoked Paprika Powder, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Yeast Extract, Thickener (Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose))
Water
Rapeseed Oil
Apple Cider Vinegar
Natural Flavouring

Chop. Cook. Enjoy. (Or just eat it as is – no judgement.)
Remove all packaging. Ready to eat, but for best results, cook from chilled.
Medium/high heat 3 mins
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan over medium/high heat. Shred or dice product as required. Add the pieces to the pan and cook for 3 minutes, turning frequently.

Ensure Seitan is piping hot before serving.
