Remove all packaging. Ready to eat, but for best results, cook from chilled.
Medium/high heat 3 mins
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan over medium/high heat. Shred or dice product as required. Add the pieces to the pan and cook for 3 minutes, turning frequently.
