Remove sleeve and film. Cook and enjoy.

Fry: Medium heat, 12 mins

Heat 1tsp of oil in a frying pan and cook, turning every 2 minutes.

Bake: 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas Mark 6, 20 mins.

Pre-heat oven. Coat the burgers in 1 tsp of oil and place on baking tray. Cook, turning halfway through.
