Remove sleeve and film. Cook and enjoy.

Air Fry: 200°C, 12 mins

Pre-heat air fryer to 200°C. Cook for 12 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. Cook times based on 1500W output air fryer. Cook times may vary in different models. Adjust cooking times accordingly based on manufacturer’s instructions.

Bake: 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas Mark 6, 20 mins.

Pre-heat oven. Place Katsu slices onto a baking tray. Place in the centre of the oven and cook for 20 mins. Turn halfway through cooking.
