Tofoo Tandoori Kebabs

Ingredients
For the Kebab
- 1 block Tofoo, cut into kebab dices
- 1 red onion (optional)
- 1 courgette (optional)
- 1 yellow pepper (optional)
- 2 flatbread / naan breads
- 2 large red chillies for garnish
For the Marinade
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp kashmiri chilli powder
- 2 tsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 2 tbsp yoghurt
- ½ tsp salt
- Juice of ½ lemon
Get started
- Cut the Tofoo into large dices and then gently rub the mixed marinade all over the cubes.
- Grill, pan fry or roast the Tofoo kebabs on a high heat until charred lightly around the edges. Place on top of a flat bread or naan and garnish with some fresh chilli, mint and coriander leaves and a dollop of yogurt if desired.
