Ingredients
- 280g Naked/Smoked Tofoo
- 200g onion (chopped)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 50g vegan margarine
- 1 tsp fresh sage (chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 50g breadcrumbs
- 8 Portobello mushrooms (stalks removed)
Get started
- Preheat the grill.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the onions until soft.
- Mash your Tofoo.
- Add the Tofoo, sage and any seasoning. Fry until cooked through.
- Stir through the margarine and the breadcrumbs until bound.
- Stuff into the mushrooms and grill for 10-15 minutes.
