Ingredients
- 1 pack Naked Tofoo
- 2 inch piece ginger
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 green chillies
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1.5 tsp madras curry powder
- 3 tbsp mango chutney
- 200ml vegetable stock
- 1 lemon
To serve
- Naan bread
- Pilau rice
Get started
- Finely chop the ginger, garlic, and green chillies and dice the onion.
- Heat a pan and add the oil. Add all chopped ingredients to the pan.
- Fry on a medium heat until softened then add the madras powder.
- Fry until fragrant then cut the Tofoo into strips and add to the pan.
- Fry for a couple of minutes mixing well then add the mango chutney, stock and the juice of 1 lemon.
- Cook for a couple of minutes until thickened then serve with pilau rice and naan bread.
