Tofoo Halloumi

Ingredients

  1. Naked Tofoo 1 pack (cut into fingers)
  2. 2 tbsp lemon juice
  3. 2 tsp salt flakes
  4. 4 tbsp nutritional yeast
  5. 1 tbsp dried mint
  6. 2 tbsp olive oil
  7. Sprinkle of black pepper

Get started

  1. Mix marinade ingredients.
  2. Lay out Tofoo and rub a little marinade into both sides of each finger.
  3. Place the Tofoo into the remaining marinade in a bowl, stir and leave to marinate for 30mins.
  4. Heat your grill.
  5. Grill for 8-10 mins until golden and slightly charred.
