Tofeta

Ingredients

  1. 1 pack Naked Tofoo
  2. 2 tbsp White Miso
  3. Juice of 1 lemon
  4. ¼ cup Cider Vinegar
  5. 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  6. 3 tbsp Water
  7. 2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
  8. 1 tbsp Oregano
  9. ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  10. ½ tsp Salt
  11. Black Pepper
  12. Chilli flakes (optional)

Get started

  1. Cube the Tofoo.
  2. To make the Tofeta, whisk all the marinade ingredients together and add the Tofoo cubes. Leave to marinade in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight.
