- 4 soft white tortillas
- 4 heaped tbsp BBQ sauce
- 250g mozzarella/vegan mozzarella (grated, or a ball drained and torn into chunks)
- 1 red onion, chopped into chunks
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 pack Tofoo Marinated Smoky BBQ Strips

Get started
- Pre-heat oven to gas 6, 200°C, fan 180°C. Now to assemble! Lay your tortilla bases across two baking trays lined with baking paper.
- Divide and spread your BBQ sauce across tortillas (leaving 1/2 an inch around the edges) followed by mozzarella/vegan mozzarella, red onions, green peppers and Tofoo BBQ strips.
- Pop in the oven for 10-12 mins, remove and enjoy! It’s as easy as that!
