Teriyaki Glazed Tofoo Bao

Ingredients

  1. 1-2 slices Naked Tofoo
  2. 1 readymade frozen bao
  3. 45g teriyaki glaze
  4. Olive oil
  5. 3 slices cucumber, julienned
  6. 3g carrot, julienned
  7. 10g coriander
  8. 1 lettuce leaf
  9. 1 radish, sliced
  10. Sprinkle of mixed sesame seeds
  11. Squeeze of lime.

Get started

  1. Steam the bao for 10-12 mins.
  2. Pan fry the Tofoo in a splash of oil. Pour over the teriyaki glaze.
  3. To assemble, place the Tofoo and veg in the bao, sprinkle with the sesame seeds. Squeeze lime over and eat.
