Tempeh Sweet Chilli Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 pack The Tofoo Co Tempeh
- 150g baby spinach
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 red onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 100g sweet chilli sauce
- 2 whole roasted peppers from a jar
- 2 ready made pizza bases
- 100g vegan cream cheese
- 80g vegan mozzarella
Get started
- Preheat the oven to 180°C/200°C fan.
- Heat a frying pan and add the spinach. Cook until wilted then put to one side.
- Finely dice the onion and garlic. Add the olive oil, onion and garlic to the frying pan.
- Fry until caramelised. Crumble your Tempeh and add to the pan. Fry until golden then add half the sweet chilli sauce. Mix and fry until slightly caramelised.
- Cut the roasted peppers into strips.
- Put the pizza bases onto baking trays and cover with the sweet chilli tempeh.
- Add the wilted spinach and roasted pepper strips.
- Dot the vegan cream cheese around the pizzas then sprinkle with the mozzarella.
- Drizzle with the remaining sweet chilli sauce and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until golden.
