2 pizza bases

2 cloves garlic

200ml passata

1 tbsp piri piri seasoning

Handful fresh basil leaves

1 red onion

½ green pepper

½ yellow pepper

1 red chilli

80g grated vegan cheese

Piri Piri Tofoo Pizza

Piri Piri Tofoo Pizza

1 pack Naked Tofoo

2 pizza bases

Olive oil

2 cloves garlic

200ml passata

1 tbsp piri piri seasoning

Handful fresh basil leaves

1 red onion

½ green pepper

½ yellow pepper

1 red chilli

80g grated vegan cheese

Method

Underline

1. Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan.

2. To make the pizza sauce, peel and chop the garlic and add to a pan with 1 tbsp of olive oil and the passata. Cook for 3-5 mins until thickened.

3. Chop the basil and add to the sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

4. Tear the Tofoo into chunks and toss with the piri piri seasoning.

5. Slice the onion, peppers and chilli.

6. Spread the pizza bases with the sauce then top with the Tofoo, onion, peppers, chillies and cheese.

7. Place the pizzas onto baking trays and drizzle with olive oil.

8. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until golden.
