Harissa Charred Tofoo, Mozzarella and Kalamata Olive Pizza

Get this stuff
  1. 100g Naked Tofoo, torn
  2. 2 tsp harissa paste
  3. 1 ready to use pizza base
  4. 1 tbsp pizza sauce
  5. 6- 8 kalamata olives
  6. 70g mozzarella, torn
  7. Pinch chilli flakes
  8. Pinch black pepper
  9. 5-6 basil leaves
Do this stuff
  1. Preheat oven to 200c Fan/Gas Mark 7. Place a baking tray or pizza tray in the oven to heat up.
  2. Marinate the Tofoo in the harissa paste for 30 minutes to an hour.
  3. Using the back of a spoon, smooth the pizza sauce over the base. Top with the torn mozzarella, Tofoo and olives.
  4. Place on the baking/pizza tray and cook for 10-12 minutes until the cheese has melted and the base is crisp.
  5. Sprinkle over the pepper and chilli flakes and add the basil leaves before slicing and serving.
