Ingredients
- 1 slice Naked Tofoo
- 1 readymade frozen bao
- Olive oil
- 1ml tamari
- A splash of Sriracha
- 3 slices cucumber, sliced or juilenned
- 1/4 carrot, juilenned
- 1 large radish, sliced thinly (quick pickled in 1/2 tsp rice wine vinegar)
- 1/4 tsp sesame seeds (black & white)
- A few sprigs of coriander
- 1 lettuce leaf
- A few slices spring onion
- Squeeze of lime
- Pinch of togarisha
Get started
- Steam the bao for 10-12 mins.
- Pan fry the Tofoo for a few mins in the oil.
- To assemble, place the Tofoo and veg in the bao, sprinkle with sesame seeds, coriander, spring onion and squeeze some lime over. Finish with the Sriracha sauce and a sprinkle of togarisha.
