Ingredients
- 1 pack of Naked Tofoo 280g
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 green chilli
- 1 carrot
- 100g Tenderstem broccoli
- 1 red pepper
- 150g egg noodles
- 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 80g cashew nuts
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Get started
- Cook the noodles according to the packet instructions. Drain and put to one side.
- Heat and pan and add the oil. Finely chop the garlic and chilli then add to the pan cooking until lightly golden.
- Cut the Tofoo into cubes and add to the pan, stir and cook until golden.
- Peel and slice the carrot then add to the pan and stir fry for a couple of minutes. Next add the broccoli and slices of red pepper, and cook for another couple of minutes.
- Add the sweet soy sauce followed by the noodles and stir fry everything together. Cook until the noodles are warmed through, adding a splash of water to create a sauce.
- Add the sesame oil and cashew nuts, stir everything together and then serve.
