Ingredients

  • 100g Naked Tofoo, cubed and marinated in Korean BBQ sauce
  • 75g steamed wild rice
  • 50g cooked broccoli & edamame
  • 35g Kimchi (we love Vadasz)
  • 40g smacked cucumber (seasoned in a soy & ginger vinaigrette)
  • Superseed mix (pumpkin, flax, sunflower)
  • Diced radish & mango
  • Soy, ginger, miso & maple dressing

    1. Prep the Tofoo: Marinate your Tofoo overnight. When you’re ready, roast it to perfection or serve it refreshingly chilled.
    2. Build the bowl: Prep your veg. Keep it seasonal and aim for that ultimate nutritional balance. Don’t skip the ferments—throw on that kimchi to give your gut a serious boost.
    3. Finish: Arrange your toppings over the wild rice and drizzle with the sweet-savory soy, ginger, miso & maple dressing.
