Ingredients
- 1 pack Naked Tofoo (or Scrambled Tofoo)
- Vegan mayonnaise to bind
- 1/4 tsp of turmeric
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- Vegetable spread
- 1 punnet of cress
- 4 thick slices of white bloomer or sourdough if preferred
Get started
- In a bowl crumble your Naked Tofoo block into small pieces (or add in your pack of Scrambled Tofoo), sprinkle in the turmeric and cayenne and season with a little sea salt and black pepper. Mix well and add the mayonnaise little by little until bound together.
- Take the cress and cut off the soil and put to one side. Butter the bread and put half of the Tofoo mix onto two of the slices, add half of the cress to each side and top with the other slice of bread cut in half and place onto two plates.
