Ingredients
- 1-2 slices Naked Tofoo
- 1 readymade frozen bao
- 45g teriyaki glaze
- Olive oil
- 3 slices cucumber, julienned
- 3g carrot, julienned
- 10g coriander
- 1 lettuce leaf
- 1 radish, sliced
- Sprinkle of mixed sesame seeds
- Squeeze of lime.
Get started
- Steam the bao for 10-12 mins.
- Pan fry the Tofoo in a splash of oil. Pour over the teriyaki glaze.
- To assemble, place the Tofoo and veg in the bao, sprinkle with the sesame seeds. Squeeze lime over and eat.
