Ingredients
- 50g Naked Tofoo
- 1 flatbread, warmed and sliced
- Oil
- 1/4 tsp harissa paste
- 10g lettuce
- 5g red onion, sliced
- 1 cherry tomato, diced
- 2 tsp tzatziki
- Squeeze of lemon juice
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp hot chilli sauce (optional)
- A few mint leaves
- A few dill fronds to garnish
Get started
- Heat a griddle pan, brush the Tofoo with oil, and griddle for a few minutes until the Tofoo is cooked and comes away easily from the pan. Brush with harissa & leave to rest.
- To assemble, place the lettuce on the wrap, along with the Tofoo, red onion, tomato and tzatziki. Squeeze some lemon juice over, season with black pepper, drizzle the chilli sauce over (if using), and garnish with the mint and dill before rolling into a wrap and eating whilst the Tofoo is still hot.
