Ingredients
- 100g Naked Tofoo, torn
- 2 tsp harissa paste
- 1 ready to use pizza base
- 1 tbsp pizza sauce
- 6- 8 kalamata olives
- 70g mozzarella, torn
- Pinch chilli flakes
- Pinch black pepper
- 5-6 basil leaves
Get started
- Preheat oven to 200c Fan/Gas Mark 7. Place a baking tray or pizza tray in the oven to heat up.
- Marinate the Tofoo in the harissa paste for 30 minutes to an hour.
- Using the back of a spoon, smooth the pizza sauce over the base. Top with the torn mozzarella, Tofoo and olives.
- Place on the baking/pizza tray and cook for 10-12 minutes until the cheese has melted and the base is crisp.
- Sprinkle over the pepper and chilli flakes and add the basil leaves before slicing and serving.
