Terms and Conditions: The Ultimate ‘You Too Can Foo’ Bundle Giveaway
By entering this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. The Promoter
The promoter is The Tofoo Company Ltd, registered at 4 Rye Cl, Malton, YO17 6YD (referred to as “the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over.
Employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are excluded from entering.
Internet access and a valid Instagram account are required to enter.
3. Promotional Period
The competition opens at 9:00 AM BST on 1st June 2026 and closes at 9:00 AM BST on 12th June 2026.
Entries received after this time will not be counted.
4. How to Enter
To enter the competition, users must complete the following steps on Instagram during the Promotional Period:
Follow @tofoo on Instagram.
Tag a friend (the “worst cook you know”) in the comments section of the official competition post.
Note: Multiple entries are permitted if you tag different accounts, but spamming or tagging inactive/celebrity accounts will result in disqualification.
5. The Prize
There is one (1) grand prize to be won, consisting of two (2) identical ‘Ultimate You Too Can Foo’ bundles—one for the entrant and one for the tagged friend.
Each bundle includes:
1 x Ninja Airfryer
1 x Tofoo Cookbook
1 x Tofoo T-shirt (Small or Medium only)
A selection of Veetee rice products (vegan)
A selection of Lee Kum Kee sauces (vegan)
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute components of the prize with items of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected at random via a computerised random generator from all valid entries received.
The winner will be announced and contacted within 48 hours of the competition closing (by 9:00 AM on 14th June 2026).
The winner will be notified via a Direct Message (DM) from the official @tofoo Instagram account.
Warning: The Promoter will never ask for bank details or redirect you to an external link to claim your prize. Watch out for fraudulent copycat accounts.
7. Claiming the Prize
The winner must respond to the notification DM within 7 days to claim their prize and provide valid UK delivery addresses for both themselves and their tagged friend.
If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select a runner-up.
Please allow up to 28 days from confirmation of address for delivery of the prizes.
8. Data Protection and Publicity
Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation (UK GDPR / Data Protection Act 2018) and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
The winner’s surname and county can be obtained by contacting the Promoter before 30 days of the closing date.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.

Entrants completely release Instagram/Meta from any and all liability in connection with this piece of promotion.
