- 1 pack Tofoo Nuggets
- 2 small baguettes
- 2 small tomatoes
- 2 large gherkins
- Lettuce leaves
For the Louisana sauce
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise/vegan mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp horseradish/vegan horseradish
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard/vegan mustard
- 1 clove garlic (peeled and grated
- 1/s tsp tabasco sauce
Get started
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the Tofoo Nuggets on a tray and bake for 20 minutes.
- Place all sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix well until combined.
- Thinly slice the tomatoes and slice the gherkins into rounds.
- Once the Nuggets are cooked, you are ready to assemble the sandwiches.
- Spread half of the sauce on the inside of one half of both baguettes.
- Fill with the lettuce, tomatoes and gherkins, then the cooked Nuggets.
- Drizzle with the remaining sauce and tuck in!
