Garlic & Herb Nugget Flatbreads with Tzatziki

Ingredients

1 pack of Nuggets

150g natural or vegan yoghurt

½ cucumber

Handful fresh dill

Salad bits (tomatoes, onions, radish)

1 lemon

1 garlic clove, grated

2 flatbreads

Get started

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Bake the Nuggets in the oven according to the packet instructions.
  2. To make the tzatziki – coarsely grate the cucumber and squeeze out as much of the water as possible. Tip the cucumber into a bowl, with the lemon zest and grated garlic. Mix in the yoghurt and some fresh dill. Season well and set aside.
  3. Prepare your salad filling and warm the flatbreads in a hot pan.
  4. Assemble the flatbreads with the salad.
