Enjoy hot, in anything from stir-fries to salads.
Not one size fits all! Tempeh is like tofu, that’s gone to the gym, its strong, which means you can do more with it then you may think!
The classic cube. Reckon you can figure this one out!
Grate or crumble the block by hand and sauté with smoked paprika, cumin, and chilli flakes. It’s perfect for “meaty” tacos or breakfast burritos.
Thinly slice and marinate in maple and soy sauce. Fry until crisp for a salty crunch that rivals the B in any BLT.
Chop, cook, enjoy!
Medium heat 8 mins
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and fry, turning frequently.
200°C/180°C Fan Gas Mark 6/14 mins
Pre-heat oven. Toss in 1 tbsp oil and bake on a tray, turning halfway through.
Get your air fryer nice and hot (180°C is the sweet spot). Lay your tempeh pieces in a single layer on the rack so they’ve got room to crisp up properly. Give them a light spray of oil and cook for 8 minutes (flipping half way through)
If you haven’t eaten our delicious Tempeh straight away, fear not. You can store it in the fridge or freezer, just follow our simple instructions below.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. Not suitable for home freezing.
