Tofoo and Cranberry Toastie with Brie

Method

Underline

1. Marinate the sliced Tofoo in half the cranberry sauce,the soy sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, cider vinegar and black pepper. Leave for at least 30 mins.

2. Fry the Tofoo slices in any left over marinade for 4-5 mins, turning half way.

3. Put the Tofoo in the bread with the rest of the cranberry sauce and slices of brie.

4. Toast in toastie maker/grill for 5-8 mins or until the cheese has melted and the bread is toasted.
